The Group Adult Foster Care program is designed to help the active senior remain in the home with a small amount of assistance from a trained professional. Maintain your independence! Find out more about GAFC!
AFC-Adult Foster Care
The Adult Foster Care program allows you to live at home with 24/7 support from a live-in caregiver! If you need assistance in or around the home then AFC is the program for you!
