We have been serving Springfield and the surrounding areas for more than 5 years, we are Springfield! We care!

As a member of the AFC (Adult Foster Care) program you will be eligible for assistance with daily life in the home!

MetroCare of Springfield can train your loved one OR a certified helper to live with and assist you with your daily living activities, such as:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Ambulating (Moving, Walking)
• Eating
• Toileting

You’ll also receive monthly visits from a case manager and a registered nurse to ensure your well-being. AND if your loved one is the one taking care of you then they will get paid for doing so! That’s right, your loved one can get paid for what they may already do!

As a member of MetroCare’s GAFC (Group Adult Foster Care) program you’ll receive assistance in your home from a qualified helper 7- days per week!

A qualified individual, which can also be a loved one, will come to your home daily to assists you with tasks such as:

• Personal Care
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Grocery Shopping
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Cueing
• Transportation Coordination
• Case Management

and you’ll receive complimentary total wellness nursing visits.
